STOCKING ASSISTANT (Part Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Stocking Assistant to join our team. The Stocking Assistant will work closely under the supervision of departmental managers to ensure our store remains well-stocked, clean, and inviting for customers.
Responsibilities:

Restock store shelves, freezers, coolers, walk-in, and displays as directed

Sort, rotate, and refresh produce to maintain freshness and quality
-
Bag produce for sale and assist with product presentation
-
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, dusting, tidying, organizing and trash/recycling disposal

Follow and complete daily task list
-
Ensure the store environment meets The Roots Farm Market’s standards of orderliness and quality
Qualifications:
-
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
-
Task-oriented and enjoys staying busy
-
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
-
Knowledge of locally grown foods and produce is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Pay:
-
Preferred Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday mornings, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

$16 per hour
